New Design Book - Design Exposed now is over!
You are invited to take part in the new art competition for the new book ’Design Exposed’ on design by Steven Heller and Mirko Ilic published by Rizzoli USA, the first book to undress design and show the body in all its forms used realistically, symbolically, aesthetically and pruriently.
Steven Heller and Mirko Ilic inviting all designers, illustrators, photographers and
art directors around the world to partecipate in the new art competition for the first book "Design Exposed" dedicated to undress design and show how the body in all its forms is used realistically, aesthetically and pruriently. The call is open for all printed media, for virtually any or editorial purpose.
The book, "Design Exposed" is scheduled for publishing in Winter/Spring 2017-18. The hosts are also looking to organize a traveling exhibition of the original prints to both promote the book, work and designers that are featured in the book.
Please send JPGs or TIFFs of the works at 11 inches on longest side of image at 300dpi and CMYK.
If you are sending more than one image, please do not attach the high resolution images to your email.
Upload all your images to a file sharing program such as WeTransfer or Hightail, you can also upload the images and include the URLs in your reply or you can send a CD/DVD or USB.
Please note that submitted designs must be published work.
Personal and student work is not eligible for entries.
