Chromatic Photography Awards 2018 is the 1st edition of the international prestigious photography award dedicated to color photography, open to professional and amateur photographers, using all forms of color photography, from any country.
About Competition
Cromatic Awards is pleasant to announce the very 1st edition of its photography award titled Chromatic Photography Awards 2018. Their mission is to promote a unique approach at photography and help photographers gain popularity and recognition in the international art scene.
They wants to provide artists the opportunity to share their passion and stories through their photographs, promote the world’s top photographers, and discover new, emerging talents.
In Chromatic Awards 2018 you can add your photos to 20 different categories divided for Professional and Amateur sections:

Guidlines:
1. Only color photographs will be accepted to the contest. Black and white images (including toned images) will be disqualified. Images may be captured using film or digital.
2. Entry must be submitted online by the official website. Prints are not accepted.
3. There is no limit to the number of individual images each artist may submit.
4. Images that have won prizes in other competitions or that have been submitted in other competitions currently underway are eligible. There is no time or date restriction on when the image was taken.
5. All entries must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe the rights of any other party. The entrant must be the sole copyright owner of all photographs entered and must have obtained permission of any people featured in the entries (or their parents/guardians if children under 16 are featured). Further, the entrant must not have breached any laws when taking their photographs.
6. You may submit your photo in as many categories as you wish. Once the submission fee is paid, there is no possibility to edit your entry.
Files must meet the following specifications:
- awards are open to color photography only;
- sRGB or Adobe98 colour space, 8-bit;
- longest dimension must be 1200 pixels;
- saved as a JPEG at a maximum quality;
- no watermarks, borders* or signatures on your images.
* except Polaroids and other traditional process photos where border is inherent part of the image.
Winning Entrants must be able to provide a high resolution digital file (minimum 2500px wide, 300dpi) to be included in Chromatic Photography Awards Annual Book.
Entries will be judged by nominated judges composed of magazine editors, gallery curators, professional agents and other industry professionals. Images will be judged on artistic merit, originality, subject and style.
Winner announcement is scheduled for 16 December 2018.

Professional: 20$ / Single Entry
Amateur: 15$ / Single Entry
Eligibility
This competition is open to both professionals and amateurs. Anyone over 18 years of age can enter the competition.
