The Da Dun Fine Arts Exhibition, the Olympic Games of fine art, an international art competition renowned for its international scope and monumental scale has recently opened the call for entries and waiting for your submission.
About Competition
The Cultural Affairs Bureau of Taichung first promoted the Da Dun Fine Arts Exhibition as a local exhibition in 1996. By April 2002 it had already grown into an internationally recognized annual art competition and event becoming a globally important art exchange platform.
Every year, there are more than 1500 artists from around the world submitting works.
To ensure a fair and objective competition, the organizers invite experts and scholars to form jury committees.
The exhibition entails planning, collecting submissions, judging, and finishes with an awards ceremony.
You can partecipate in the following categories:
• Ink Wash Painting
• Calligraphy
• Seal Engraving
• Glue Color Painting
• Oil Painting
• Water Color Painting
• Printmaking
• Photography
• Sculpture
• Crafts
• Digital Art
Submitted artworks must be original, individual creations completed. Artworks, as well as works from the same series of an artwork, that have received awards (excluding academic awards) or been short-listed at any other art exhibitions may not be submitted.
Participants can apply to multiple categories, but may only submit one item for each category.
There is no entry fee for this art competition.
