The F The Art World international art competition organized by Unarthodox is calling for entries for 2019 inviting all amateur and professional artists to submit their work and compete for a chance to show your art to the world.
About Competition
The F The Art World 2019 International Art Competition hosted and organized by Unarthodox, has been recently opened for entries for 2019 and invites all amateur and professional artists to submit work that depicts a this year theme, as well as share their visual expression and subjective interpretation.
F The Art World is an annual art competition where fine artists, photographers, digital artists, street artists, and sculptors compete for a chance to be exhibited in New York City for an entire week!
This competition does not judge artwork on the technique and professional skill, but on the interpretation and depth of the subject matter.
The theme for 2019 is “A Competition About Change“.
How do you see humanity? How would you change it? Or would you? Show your interpretation of positive change through visual storytelling. The good and the bad of human behavior and how it affects the world we live in.
Competition categories include:
• Photography & Digital Art
• Fine Art/Mixed Media
• Sculpture
• Street Art
Submission requirements:
Entries must be in JPEG format, no larger than 1400 x 1800 pixels, and under 2MB, file resolution need to be 72 ppi/dpi (standard web resolution).
All sculptures and street art submissions should be photographed.
Please make sure you use high definition photography of your work.
Exhibition Requirements:
• Photography & Digital Art - Prints should not exceed a width of 24" and should be framed upon delivery to the gallery.
• Fine Art/Mixed Media - Artwork should not exceed a width of 48" and a height of 72" and should be wired and ready to hang.
• Sculpture - Sculpture should not exceed a 4’ X 4’ footprint and should not be higher than 7’.
• Street Art - Prints should not exceed a width of 24" and should be framed upon delivery to the gallery.
The exhibition and opening ceremony is scheduled for April, 2019.
Submission fee is $32 for up to 4 images. The fee covers the cost of organizing and producing the annual competition, including all staff and advertising associated with the event.
