The Florida Museum оf Photographic Arts (FMoPA) is pleasant to launch its 10th international fine art photography competition for 2020, open to all photographers worldwide.
About Competition
FMoPA International Photography Competition 2020, now is calling for photographers! The Florida Museum оf Photographic Arts (FMoPA) recently has announced a call for photographers to participate in its 10th annual International fine art photography competition.
The Florida Museum of Photographic Arts (FMoPA) is one of fewer than ten museums in the United States dedicated exclusively to photography and one of two such museums in the state of Florida. It is dedicated to exhibiting important photographic art as central to contemporary life and culture.
Photographers from all over the world are invited to submit their work. All styles and levels of experience are welcome.
This year’s categories include:
• People/Portraits,
• Places/Landscape/Drone,
• Nature/Science/Animals,
• Documentation/Social and Political Photojournalism,
• Still Life,
• Abstract Photography,
• Conceptual Photography.
Images will be judged on originality, technical excellence, composition, overall impact, artistic merit, and as otherwise determined by the judges.
Winners will be selected by a jury and announced on May 1st 2020. The winning selections will be printed and framed by FMoPA and exhibited in the Community Gallery from 5th June – 20th July, 2020.
Entry Fees:
Entry fees are $25 and you can submit 1-3 images.
