Fumetto International Comix Competition 2018 now is over!

Fumetto International Comix Festival Luzern has recently opened the call for entries for 2018 to give like every year comic creators the opportunity to compare their work, present it to a broader public and to exchange views with others.

About Competition

Each year, Fumetto International Comix Festival Lucerne holds this competition to give comic creators many opportunity. Today the competition is one of the largest and most important of its kind in Europe.

The theme of this year’s competition is "Enough".

We own so many things. We travel more than ever and explore the most remote places. This has in impact on our environment. Travelling and the production of food, clothes and all products need soil, water, air and other natural resources. What do you, your family and your friends really need to feel happy? How much is enough?

There are three categories:

• 18 years or older
• 13 to 17 years
• up to 12 years of age

Guidlines:

• Format: A4 or A3 (other formats enclose application will be disqualified)
• Form: only comics (stories in picture form)
• No digital entries by e-mail, only by post-service
• Number of pages: maximum 4 (only 1 comic-story)
• Packaging: sturdy envelope, no rolls

The winners will be announced and the prizes awarded on saturday the 14th of april 2018.

There is no entry fee for this competition.
