About Competition
The Grand Prix Images Vevey 2018/2019, biannual international photography award has been recently opened for entries inviting all artists, professional and student photographers to submit they best photography.
Grand Prix Images Vevey is a creation-support grant for photography projects.
The international photography award Grand Prix Images Vevey is one of the largest and longest-standing prizes in Europe and attracts participants from all over the world for each competition. It takes place every odd year, alternating with Festival Images Vevey. The competition aim to finance the creation of an original photography project that will premiere at Festival Images Vevey 2020. This competition represents unique support for contemporary creation, with complete freedom of choice over subject and genre.

Submission requirements:
• Projects that are submitted must be original and achievable within one year of the announcement of the results — 6th May 2020.
• You need to upload 10 to 20 images per submission, at least 1500px on the long edge.
The final jury will be composed of five international personalities from institutional, artistic, curatorial media and editorial world. They will nominates at least 50 projects and from there will choose the winning project. The winner has one year to complete his project and present it at the Festival Images Vevey 2020.
The participation fee is 60 Euro.
