International Artist Grand Prize Competition 2019 now is over!

The Taiwan International Contemporary Artist Association with Art Revolution Taipei (A.R.T.), has organized new edition of one of Asia’s top art competitions, International Artist Grand Prize Competition 2019 with the aim to promote individual artists to the international market.

About Competition

The Taiwan International Contemporary Artist Association has organized one of Asia’s top art competition, the International Art Competition (I.A.C.), since 2011. The organizer is now combining I.A.C. together with Art Revolution Taipei (A.R.T.), the most important platform of art exchange in Taiwan, to promote individual artists to the international market. The combined power of both of these unrivaled art outlets will result in more opportunities of sponsorship, exhibition and sale.

The International Artist Grand Prize Competition is looking for worldwide masterpiece to exhibit on the Art Revolution Taipei (A.R.T.) 2019 fair.

Submission requirements:

• there is no specific theme required.
• 2019 I.A.G.P.C. will open to all artworks created and completed no earlier than June 2014. Films and videos are NOT acceptable.
• all artworks shall be original and available for sale.
• you need to submit the full information about your artworks, including the title, size, medium, year, sale price & photo of it.
• it is required an essay about yourself. You can shorten your artwork ideas into this essay and LIMIT it to 450 English Characters, including spaces and punctuation.
• Each artist may submit up to 2 artworks for consideration.
• Artwork Ideas: a summarized statement instead of a list is required. The length of the statement shall NOT exceed 150 Chinese words or 450 English characters (including spaces and punctuation). Since the Artwork Ideas of the finalists will be published in the A.R.T. 2019 catalog, please calculate the numbers of words before submission and strictly comply with the format (DOC file), word limits and other relevant requirements.
• Dimension:
- 2D: 150cm Maximum Height; NO limitation width. (Please note the larger the artwork, the higher the transportation fees.)
- 3D: 100 cm x 100 cm x 100 cm (Maximum); NO limitation on weight.
• Requirements for digital image:
- Acceptable Files: JPG
- Image must be fine quality with 300 dpi
- File Size: no less than 5 MB, 1 JPG Image per entry

After the juror’s selection, all accepted entries would be exhibited for sale in the A.R.T. 2019 fair.Furthermore, the winners among finalists will be awarded free space in A.R.T. 2020!

The organizer will announce the Award winners at the official website by May 31, 2019.

There is no entry fees for this competition!
