Lexus Design Award 2018 now is over!

Lexus Design Award, an international award that targets up-and-coming creators from around the world, has been recently launched for 2018 seeking to foster the growth of ideas that contribute to society by supporting creators whose works can help to shape a better future.

About Competition

First launched in 2013, the Lexus Design Award is an international platform to identify and recognize the next generation of global creators and designers. Imagination, Craftsmanship and Design has always been a fundamental part of Lexus brand. At Lexus, we believe in the power of creativity to change the world and build a better future. The award seeks to foster the growth of ideas that contribute to society by supporting designers and creators whose works can help to shape a better future.

Like every year this competition is open to everyone and always seeks to provide themes that can be interpreted across a wide range of disciplines.

This year’s theme is "CO-", a Latin prefix meaning with or together in harmony.
Lexus believes that great design can ensure the harmonious coexistence of nature and society.

In that sense, “CO-" is an approach that allows the brand to explore its true potential and that of the environment by creating new possibilities through collaboration, coordination and connection. Now, young designers get their turn for "CO-" to inspire them to conceive a better world.

There are four categories:

• Environmental
• Products
• Technology
• Fashion

Works may be produced in any medium but must be submitted as low res JPEG, GIF format and FLV format for video files. Up to 6 images can be uploaded (either single or composition images). There is no limit on the number of entries per person
All works submitted will remain the exclusive property of the entrant.

There is no entry fee for this competition.
