Lyon Design: LYON CITY DEMA!N 2017 now is over!
LYON CITY DEMA!N 2017 design competition is an event and initiative of the LYON DESIGN association announced recently inviting everyone in the design field to submit projects which incorporate current and foreseeable changes in urban living.
About Competition
Founded in 2012, the LYON CITY DEMA!N association is committed to promoting the use of the design approach in urban transformation, making urban design more attractive and uniting the major players in the field in the Lyon metropolitan area.
Lyon City Demain 2017 design competition in this edition is asking candidates to develop a project based on wellness and living better in the city.
Designers, architects, urban planners, scenographers, associations and groups, including students, both in France and abroad are invited to submit projects which incorporate current and forestable changes in urban living, taking into consideration: teamwork, independence, nomadism, dematerialisation, connected lifestyle etc.
Each submitted project should tackle one or more of the following three issues whilst falling within the development of the Lyon-Gerland Biodistrict: Natural Environment, Food and Mobility and Social Ties.
There is no entry fee for this design competition!
Eligibility
This competition is open to everyone in the design field, both in France and abroad, including students or those already engaged in professional activity.
