Monochrome Awards 2020 International Black and White Photography Contest conducts an annual competition for professional and amateur photographers with mission to celebrate monochrome visions and discover the most amazing photographers from around the world.
Monochrome Awards 2020 International Black and White Photography Contest for professional and amateur photographers, is now open for entries! Its every year mission is to celebrate monochrome visions and discover most amazing photographers from around the world.
It’s accepted single images from the following categories:
➜ Beauty/ Fashion,
➜ Fine Art,
Organizer is open to all points of view, all levels of expertise, and all ideas of black and white photography.
Photographs must be resized to 1000 pixels on the longest side. They must be saved as JPEG file (JPG).
Prepare your files with the following specifications:
➜ sRGB or Adobe98 colour space, 8-bit,
➜ longest dimension equals 1000 pixels,
➜ saved as a JPEG at a setting of 10 (100%) or higher,
➜ no watermarks / copyright units / logos on images
➜ only bleed photographs without borders
Copyright of the images will remain at all times with the photographer.
The winners of the Professional and Amateur categories will be judged by a panel of renowned photographers and will receive the titles Monochrome Photographer of the Year and Monochrome Discovery of the Year along with cash prizes. Winners announcement is scheduled for 10 January 2021.

This annual competition is open to both professional and amateur photographers.

➜ Monochrome Discovery of the Year: $1000 cash
➜ The work of the first, second and third place winners (together with further entries that the judges feel are worthy of commendation) from both the professional and amateur categories will be published in the Monochrome Photography Awards annual book. All names of the Honorable Mention winners will also be included in the book.
