Olympus Global Open Photo Contest 2016-17 now is over!
Photography competition for 16-2017 titled Global Open Photo Contest has been recently organized by Olympus with intent to connect photographers worldwide and to bring people together from all over the world.
About Competition
Photography has the power to bring people together from all over the world. Olympus is proud to host photography competition titled Global Open Photo Contest to connect photographers worldwide.
This year the contest features four categories:
• Power of Life - enter a powerful photo that conveys how beautiful, vibrant, healthy, and full of energy life can be.
• Connections to Cherish - enter a heart-warming photo that expresses the love and peace of mind that family and friends provide you with.
• Places that Inspire - enter a breathtaking photo of spectacular, picturesque scenery.
• Perspectives Often Missed - enter a fascinating photo taken from an imaginative viewpoint rarely seen before, that stimulates our creativity and invites us to venture out and discover.
Each entrant may submit up to 5 photo entries for each category. Each image must be in JPEG format and be 15 megabytes or smaller. Post production is allowed on entries, and edited photos will be accepted. Only online entries will be eligible.
There are no restrictions to photographic equipment used to shoot photos to be entered. Any photographic device from smartphone to DSLR may be used.
Copyrights to entries remain with the entrant.
Winners will be announced on April 2017.
There is no entry fee for this competition.
Eligibility
This competition is open to anyone worldwide. Minors under the age of 18 must receive permission from a parent or guardian.
