Pro Carton Young Designers Award 2017

Pro Carton Young Designers Award 2017 now is over!
The Pro Carton Young Designers Award, one of Europe’s leading young talent and packaging design awards recently opened for entries, giving young designers both professional recognition as well as a networking platform with industry, a first step towards a professional career.
About Competition
Packaging design awards titled Pro Carton Young Designers Award is one of Europe’s leading young talent competitions for packaging design organised (as a result of its overwhelming success in 2016) every year by Pro Carton, European Association of Carton and Cartonboard manufacturers.
For 15 years now, the Award has given young designers both professional recognition as well as a networking platform with industry, a first step towards a professional career.
Entries can be submitted in two categories:
- Creative Cartonboard Packaging - cartonboard is the most sustainable packaging material and, of course, fully recyclable.
- Creative Cartonboard Ideas - here’s a chance for you to put forward your cartonboard ideas outside of the packaging market. Last year’s winner was a cartonboard bowtie! Ideally you should submit physical 3D samples but illustrations or two dimensional layouts are also welcome.
All submitted materials (designs, layouts and/or models, empty packaging etc.) must be true to scale, regardless of their actual size and use, must be made exclusively of cartonboard (over 200 g/m2), be folded and possibly glued. Two and/or three-dimensional designs are accepted. Each entry must be registered online, and a copy of the entry form must accompany the submitted materials.
If possible, all entries must be provided as print-ready versions (not larger than A3). A layout or description of one A4 page maximum must accompany all three-dimensional samples, models, empty packs etc. A description is desirable under all circumstances.
There is no entry fee for this competition.
