Radical Innovation, a platform promoting disruptive, industry-changing ideas within the hotel space, announces the new call for entries for annual architecture competition titled Radical Innovation Award 2017 inviting both professionals and students to discover concepts that have the power to change the hotel industry.
About Competition
Every year Radical Innovation put out a call for entries for new architecture competition welcoming big ideas for the guest experience, from inside and outside of hospitality.
This competition has been created to discover concepts that have the power to change the hotel industry.
Show them what the hotel environment can be.
Participants are invited to enter original, built or unbuilt concepts that offer the market something that is not widely available.
Concepts must include guestrooms and lobby/public areas.
Food/ beverage facilities (and other amenities) are optional but recommended.
Submit one document that includes your project narrative and visuals, combined. Submited PDF may not exceed 100MB. Videos may be submitted in addition to required PDF.
Multiple entries by a single entrant (or company) are permitted.
Must be able to provide a notarized disclosure form and certification of project authenticity if your entry is selected as a finalist.
Built entries completed 18 months prior to the competition.
Since being founded in 2006, Radical Innovation has awarded over $150,000 to creative thinkers with visionary ideas in hotel design and operations.
The entry fee for professionals is $200. Students can enter for free.
