TechINK Award 2017 Industrial Design Student Competition now is over!
The new call for entries is open for student industrial design competition, Co-organised by ROOBO Beijing Intelligent Steward Co., Ltd. and Tsinghua University of China, TechINK Award 2017 dedicate to university students to showcase their passion for design and technology.
About Competition
Co-organised by ROOBO Beijing Intelligent Steward Co., Ltd. and Tsinghua University of China, TechINK Award 2017 is an industrial design competition for university students to showcase their passion for design and technology.
The theme for 2017 is: “Home Smart Home – Smart Technology Creates Better Home“.
The motivation behind this award is to provide a platform that encourages more creativity and innovation that will spur society to combine the idea of modern technologies with traditional values.
This award hopes to encourage more individuals to be active creators who can contribute to the improvement of lifestyle all around the world.
Students can join the competition as individuals or in teams of maximum 3 students. Participants are required to submit their design idea online by 21 March 017 through the official website.
Participants shortlisted for the Final will be notified by 15 April 2017.
Finalists are required to build the mockup/prototype for the design idea that they have submitted and mail to the given address between 15 April 2017 and 21 June 2017. All finalists will be invited on a sponsored trip to Beijing, China (transportation to-and-fro and accommodation in Beijing will be provided) on 19 July 2017 for the Final and prize presentation ceremony, as well as on 20 July 2017 for a workshop.
There is no entry fee for this competition!
