New York Art Competitions are pleased to announce the opening of the Third Latin American Contemporary Fine Art Competition that invites all latin American artists to prticipate with they best artworks.
About Competition
The 3rd Latin American Contemporary Fine Art Competition now is calling for entries!
Fine artists from Latin America, the Caribbean, Spain, Portugal, the Latin American diaspora, and artists residing in any of the above, are invited to submit their works for a chance to be selected for promotional awards designed to boost their careers.
Painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, digital, printing, and mixed media are eligible. Video art, film, performance art, jewelry, and crafts are not eligible.
All submitted artwork must be available for sale.
Art submitted to the competition will be reviewed by a rotating panel of expert jurors, each representing a different field in the art world.
Categories
Digital Display Category:
➜ Each artist must submit at least 1 image on any topic of their choice.
➜ All images must be accompanied by a title.
Classical Exhibition Category:
➜ Each artist must submit a minimum of 5 images. The images may be part of a series or individual artworks.
➜ All entries must be accompanied by a title.
Submission requirements
➜ It is allowed to submit images of several artworks or multiple views of the same artwork, both options are acceptable.
➜ Two-dimensional artwork dimensions cannot be larger than 75 x 85 inches (192 x 218 centimeters)
➜ Three-dimensional artwork (i.e., sculptures) cannot be larger than 72 x 72 x 24 inches (184 x 184 x 61 centimeters)
Eligibility
The competition is open for Latin America, the Caribbean, Spain, Portugal, the Latin American diaspora, and foreign artists living and working in any of the above regions/countries. All Latin American artists above the age of 18 are eligible to participate.
Prize
This year’s awards include a participation in a collective exhibition in New York, an Art Fair, cash prizes and online promotion.

➜ $45 entry fee for up to 5 images
