The Face of Renovation - Architecture Competition now is over!
The Moscow Government invites Russian and international teams of architects to take part in the International Competition for the Development of the Architectural, Space and Stylistic Concept of Housefronts under the Housing Stock Renovation Program in Moscow.
About Competition
The Face of Renovation is an open international contest for development of architectural solution concepts of buildings under the program of housing stock renovation in Moscow.
The Genplan Institute of Moscow invites Russian and international teams of architects with relevant experience in volumetric-spatial design.
The Face of Renovation is an open international contest for development of architectural solution concepts of buildings under the program of housing stock renovation in Moscow.
The competition features 31 sites; they will be assigned to the teams by the jury. Three concepts will be created for each site. The participants will be rewarded 1 million rubles inclusive of VAT for each concept developed within the contest.
The participants will be chosen by the jury of the top architects, urban planners, and urban experts.
Eligibility
Experts in the field of architecture and volumetric-spatial design, who have experience of integrated design management from the concept to development of working documentation, as well as experience of designer supervision are invited to participate in the competition. The contest participants must be registered as a legal entity in the Russian Federation or have a Russian representative office. Consortiums are encouraged to participate in the contest. Any participant may invite international experts to the team.
Prize
The winner will be involved in the further development of the architectural concept and the author’s design supervision.
