The Indian Contemporary Art Competition 2020, organised by Agora Gallery, is calling for submissions inviting all Indian, Indian diaspora artists and artists residing in India at any stage of their careers to participate.
About Competition
The Indian Contemporary Art Competition 2020, organised by Agora Gallery has been recntly annunced for entries!
Artists are invited to submit they best works in any of the following mediums: painting, sculpture, photography, drawing, mixed media, and print. Please note that all submitted artwork must be available for sale.
Video art, film, performance art, jewelry, and crafts are not eligible.
Submission requirements:
• You need to submit image files of your artwork in JPG format
• Title, dimensions and medium of each artwork
• Two-dimensional artwork dimensions cannot be larger than 75 x 85 inches (192 x 218 centimeters)
• Three-dimensional artwork (i.e., sculptures) cannot be larger than 72 x 72 x 24 inches (184 x 184 x 61 centimeters)
Art submitted to the competition will be reviewed by a rotating panel of expert jurors, each representing a different field in the art world, ensuring a fair and balanced selection process.
A collective exhibition for 25 artists from the Classical Exhibition Category and 10 artists from the Digital Display Category will be held from December 3rd – 12th, 2020.
Entry Fees:
Digital Category:
There is a $25 entry fee for up to 5 images in this category. There will be a charge of $5 for each additional image.
Classical Exhibition Category:
There is a $45 entry fee for up to 5 images in this category. There will be a charge of $5 for each additional image.

This art competition is open for Indian, Indian diaspora artists and artists residing in India at any stage of their careers.
