TITAN Property Awards 2021 now is over!
The 2021 TITAN Property Awards has been recently opened for entries inviting all property developers, architects, interior designers, real estate professionals, designers, advertisers, marketers and business owners to participate.
About Competition
The 2021 TITAN Property Awards now is calling for entries all Property Developers, Architects, Interior Designers, Real Estate Professionals, Designers, Advertisers, Marketers and Business Owners!
The TITAN Property Awards celebrates the highest achievements in the real estate industry, seeking for the best architectural, interior design, property development, and real estate marketing projects from around the globe. They want your creativity and innovation to be on the spotlight alongside its social impact and sustainability.
The jury panel consists of leading real estate professionals from all facets of the real estate industry. Their talents and contributions to the built environment are what makes them so genuinely inspirational, allowing them to become co-founding members of the modern society.
Categories
The TITAN Property Awards has 10 sets of categories, which include Property Development, Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, Property Social Marketing, and many more.
Evaluation Criteria
The jury panel evaluates entries based on its creativity, form and function. The project needs to be clear on its relationship to its environment, its users, and its purpose. Creativity is not enough to be convincing; it needs to show useful function and provide a better living experience for its users, meeting the clients’ expectation. Projects that demonstrate innovation and embracing new technologies, setting new trends, respecting the environment, and pushing boundaries of human ingenuity. Projects with high regard to sustainable building practices and the protection and preservation of the environment will also earn special attention from the jury.
The winners will be announced on May 20, 2021 via TITAN Property Awards official page.
Eligibility
The TITAN Property Awards is open worldwide to Property Developers, Architects, Interior Designers, Real Estate Professionals, Designers, Advertisers, Marketers and Business Owners.
Prize
There are THREE (3) levels of achievement in the competition: Category Winners of the Year, Platinum TITAN, Gold TITAN
➜ One complimentary statuette will be given for all category winners of the year.
➜ One professionally designed certificate commemorating the winning entry, which includes entry title, entering company/winners' name and category. Decal will be affixed indicating the level of win.
➜ All winners will be featured on TITAN Property Awards site's Gallery, where professionals and public can view your work.
➜Professionally designed logos for use on websites, in email signatures, etc.
➜ Categories Winner of the Year and Platinum winners will get featured by TITAN Property Awards on social media or our media partner on Muse.World’s website.
Entry fees
Entry fee starts from $99 during the Early Bird Entry Period (Dec 16, 2020 – Jan 27, 2021). After that period ends the amount of the entry fee will increase.
