The Fumetti in Treviso association announces the 4th Treviso Comic Book Festival 2015 for New Authors “TCBF” in collaboration with the Scuola Internazionale di Comics and in occasion of the Treviso Comic Book Festival 2015.

Works by non-Italian participants should have lettering in English or French.
There is no entry fee for this drawing competitions!
Eligibility
This dawing competition is open to all newcomers cartoonists and comics artists over 18 years (born before 31 December 1997) from anywhere in the world. Newcomer means a non-professional author who has no employment contracts in the field of design and has never published with national publishers.>br> The competition is also open to students from comics schools and writers who collaborate with fanzines.
