URBAN International Photo Awards 2016 now is over!
Now in its seventh edition, URBAN 2016 Photo Awards, international photography competition organized by dotART cultural association with main theme daily life in the city, is accepting entries from everyone worldwide.
About Competition
URBAN 2016 photography competition is divided into two sections:
One is dedicated to Themed Photos, with its main theme about Street Photography, which has formerly given the name to the contest since its first edition. Real, instant images capable of telling stories woven into the urban fabric. In addition to street, URBAN 2016 will carry two more themes: Sports and Nature.
The other section is Projects & Portfolios where each participant can submit a series of images with a free subject oriented to show his or her idea through photographs.
For the first section (Themed Photos) each participant may submit up to 9 works (3 for each theme), for the second section (Projects & Portfolios), portfolios must be made of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 12 photos. Participants can run in both sections.
You can enter photos in colour or in black and white; post production and software corrections are to be kept to a minimum.
Entry fees: 10 EUR (approx. 11 USD) for the first photo, then 5 EUR for any additional one. 30 EUR for Stories.
