Verzasca FOTO Festival Awards – 2019 Nera Prize now is over!
Photography Award and festival organised by Verzasca FOTO Association has been recently opened for entries in its 2019 edition of Nera di Verzasca inviting all amateur and professional photographers, older than 18, to take a part with they best photos.
About Competition
The Verzasca FOTO Association is accepting entries for its Verzasca FOTO Festival - Nera di Verzasca 2019, inviting all amateur and professional photographers, older than 18, to participate.
The Verzasca Foto Festival Awards “Nera di Verzasca Prize” is an open theme photo contest for amateur and professional photographers. This is an annual event that offers open air exhibitions, photo nights with live music, meetings and workshops given by professional photographers.
Submission requirements:
• Every participant can submit a personal photo story with minimum 3 and maximum 10 images.
• Both analogical (scanned) and digital images are allowed. Participants must own the high resolution files in case they are selected to exhibit their works.
• The format of the images must be: JPEG, colour or monochrome. The dimension of the longer side must be 2’000 pixel.
• No limitation of when the photo has been taken.
The jury is composed by international professional photographers and/or people related to photography. The first 10 classified are invited to project their work at the Photo night during the Festival Verzasca Foto 2019 + free board and lodge for 4 days during the Festival. The winners will be notified both by phone and e-mail.
The entry fee is 20 Swiss Francs.
Eligibility
The Verzasca FOTO Festival Awards 2019 is open to all people who have reached the age of 18 by the 6th of February 2019, regardless of nationality or residence.
