The Environment&Me - EEA photo competition 2025, organised by European Environment Agency (EEA) has been recently opened for entries inviting submissions from photographers on the theme “Environment&Me”.
" Whether you capture breathtaking landscapes, stark reminders of environmental degradation, moments of innovative transformation, or the small yet powerful actions taken by individuals, your photos will help tell the story of our shared future.
There are three categories:
➜ Blue – Water & Me
➜ Green – Nature & Me
➜ Orange – Everyday life & Me
Each entrant can submit up to five photographs to the competition.
➜ Who may enter?
The competition is open to citizens of the following countries: EU 27 Member States, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Turkiye, North Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. All entrants must be over 18 years of age.
➜ Prize:
➜ Best photo in each of the three categories: 1,000 €
➜ Public Choice award: 500 €
➜ Youth Prize: 500 €
