Fashion Runway - Fashion Designers hunt India 2017: Fashion Runway company has organized the new fashion design competition for 2017 offering a unique opportunity for all innovative, creative mind both young Indian graduate and undergraduate designers and professional Industry Repudiated Designers to participate.
About Competition
Fashion Runway is a one of a kind show and fashion design competition which encompasses all those who are associated with the field of fashion. IFCs is a celebration of talent, hard work, aspirations, Designers, Models, Makeup artists, Photographers and many more.
Getting required exposure is difficult, especially for the young designers. Fashion Runway is going to be India’s best hunt for a fashion designer. It has been created to ease the journey of every aspirant fashion designer who dreams to make it big. The aim of this event is give young designers access to a new platform, as well as the opportunity to keep marketing their creation.
If you are innovative, creative mind, and have worked or you wish to work on FR Initiatives then this Competition is for you!
The collections will be presented individually in order to keep their distinct identity. Designers may suggest the way in which their collections should be presented, indicate their choice of music, select their own accessories. However, the management appointed fashion show coordinator has the absolute discretion in music selection and overall show presentation.
All garment designs must be original and have never been presented before. Expect final year design student could submit final year collection of 2016. Collections infringing on copyright before will lead to disqualification.
The selected designers will be required to submit one set of completed outfit for screening at a Meet-The-Jury session which is scheduled for first week of October 2016 (to be confirmed). Outfits that do not meet the judges’ required standard will be rejected.
All submitted show garments must be produced in accordance with the original submitted design sketches.
Shortlisted finalists will be announced on FASHION RUNWAY official website & Facebook. Successful selected applicant will receive a reference number by email. Finalists will be contacted individually by mobile contact also. Announce Date: 28 December 2016.
Late submissions will not be accepted and the participant may automatically be disqualified.
Eligibility
This competition is open for both undergraduate students in their final year or graduate students with less than 3 years industry experience or diploma course with minimum three years experience in fashion design from India.>br> Professional Industry reputed Designers can partecipate as well. Contestants must be 25 years of age or under on 18 April 2016.
