EuroNatur , a non-profit foundation based in Radolfzell, Germany, recently has organised its international photo competition European Treasures of Nature 2024, a prestigious event that invites both amateur and professional photographers to capture images of the diverse world of European flora and fauna and the continent’s most beautiful scenery in striking photographs.
This competition stands as a beacon for nature photographers, both amateurs and professionals, across Europe. It uniquely showcases the rich diversity and beauty of European nature through the lenses of passionate photographers. The aim of the competition is to capture and highlight the varied landscapes, flora, and fauna of Europe, making it a significant event for photographers who are keen to exhibit their talent in nature photography.
The contest not only celebrates the artistic and technical skills of photographers but also raises awareness about the importance of nature conservation.
A jury of experts of EuroNatur, “natur”, GELSENWASSER AG and the photo shop LichtBlick in Constance will select the most impressive images of European nature. The best photographs will be featured in our large EuroNatur calendar and awarded money prizes.
This competition is open to nature photographers who reside in Europe.
The 1st prize is €1,500, 2nd prize is €1,000, 3rd prize is €750, 4th prize is €500, and 5th prize is €250. Additionally, the 6th to 12th prizes and the Jury Prize are vouchers valued at €25, redeemable against EuroNatur Service GmbH’s products. Each winner will also receive a copy of EuroNatur’s 2025 European Treasures of Nature wall calendar.
The winning photos will be featured in EuroNatur’s large calendar and published in EuroNatur and “natur” magazines, as well as on the competition organizers’ websites.
