The Fine Art Photography Awards (FAPA) 2020 competition, now in its 6th year, is open for entries to both amateur and professional photographers worldwide.
Fine Art Photography Awards is one of the largest award giving bodies for a community of artists ushering an era of new trends in the world of photography. Created in 2014, this competition is a melting pot for people where passion, interest, sense of beauty and openness to diversity in photography collide in intergalactic proportions. At Fine Art Photography, we seek to find artists and unique souls who breathe and live for creativity - where we provide a platform of promotion and support in their pursuit of self-realization and development. There are two main section:
Fine Art Photography Awards is made up of 20 categories divided for professional and amateur level of expertise:
• Fine Art,
• Night Photography,
• Open Theme,
• Street Photography,
You may enter as many images as you wish. A series consists of at least 2 and no more than 5 images, sharing a common theme and a single title. Series will be judged as an entire piece.
Digitally manipulated images are accepted, although within reason and taste, and there is no time or date restriction on when the image was taken.
You may also enter the same image into as many categories as you want. Both published and unpublished work is accepted, and images that have won prizes in other competitions or that have been submitted to other competitions currently underway are eligible.
Work submitted to the competition will be judged by a panel of high profile international photographers.
Entry fees is $20 per entry for single entries by amateur photographers and $25 per entry for single entries by professional photographers
Series entries cost $10 more.
