Video game competition titled CG Student Awards (CGSA) 2015 Competition is calling for entries. Below you can find all details about this competition:

The 2015 CG Student Awards (CGSA) competition has just opened for entries and students around the world are invited to submit their best CG work.

About competition

The CG Student Awards is an annual event which showcases and rewards excellence in computer graphics from students and recent graduates.

The 2015 CG Student Awards include the following six (6) main competition categories:

  • Student of the Year
  • Film of the Year
  • Game of the Year
  • People’s Choice
  • Bootcamp Placements (Internships)
  • School of the Year
Judging will take place between 14th May 2015 and 16th June 2015 and will be based on the following criteria: overall presentation, technical skills, creative skills, industry skills, variety of content, and employability.

There is no entry fee for this game design competition!


With the help of they amazing sponsors, the event has helped kick-start the careers of countless digital artists, provided 60 paid studio internships and given away over $590,000 in prizes. This year, the competition will award prizes valued at $325,000 and twenty-four Studio Internships at companies such as WETA Digital, Epic Games, Moving Picture Company, and Double Negative!
