2nd reEarth International Art Prize 2025 : The 2nd reEarth International Art Prize 2025 is a global art competition dedicated to empowering young artists to engage with urgent themes of climate change, sustainability, and ecological awareness.

The 2nd reEarth International Art Prize 2025 is a global art competition dedicated to empowering young artists to engage with urgent themes of climate change, sustainability, and ecological awareness.
Open to children and youth aged 4 to 25 from every corner of the world, the prize encourages participants to use creative expression as a way to highlight environmental issues and reimagine a more sustainable future.
The competition fosters innovation while giving young creators a platform to communicate their visions for a healthier planet.
There are four competition categories:
➜ Painting & Drawing
➜ Photography
➜ Digital Art & Illustration
➜ AI Generativ Art
Artworks will be judged based on creativity, originality, interpretation of the theme, technique, and overall impression.
Selected artworks will be displayed in prestigious physical exhibitions in Auckland, New Zealand, and Venice, Italy, offering participants global visibility and recognition. In addition, the competition provides extensive online exposure, creating opportunities for artists to reach wider audiences and build their portfolios.
The winners will be announced in December 2025.
➜ Submission requirements:
Painting and Drawing
There is no restriction on sizes. Make sure it is a 2D artwork, not 3D with objects attached to the artwork surface. Use any paper, canvas, cardboard, or any surface you prefer. Paints, Pastels, Pencils, charcoal, watercolour, oil paints, acrylic paints, collage, etc. are all acceptable. You can also use an unconventional medium if you wish.
Organiser can only accept digital files for submission. That means you will have to photograph your artwork and then send that picture via our submission page.
Photography
This competition is open to all kinds of photographs which may be taken on any camera, including but not limited to: smartphone, point-n-shoot, DSLR, mirrorless or a film camera of any sort.
Make sure you keep a copy of the unedited original raw photograph (or film negative).
Digital Art and Illustration
Any digital art medium may be used, including digital painting, illustration, graphic design, 3D modeling, animation, etc.
AI Generative Art
The artwork must be generated with AI-based tools or software. The submission should reflect the artist’s creative direction through prompts, selections, editing, or post-processing.
Any style or genre created through AI generative processes is acceptable, including abstract, surreal, realistic, or hybrid digital images. Post-production edits such as color correction or composition cropping by the artist are allowed.
Acceptable formats FOR ALL CATEGORIES include JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF, PDF. Each file should be within 5MB in size. Winning entries will be later asked to send larger files.
➜ Who may enter?
Open worldwide to children and youth aged 4 to 25.
➜ Prize:
The USD $50,000 prize pool includes tiered cash awards (first, second, third), Jury’s Choice awards, Honourable Mentions, Spotlight selections, and e-certificates for all, with winners exhibiting internationally and receiving online display and promotional support.
➜ Entry fees:
The submission fee is $30 per artwork, regardless of the category. Schools pay $24 per artwork for 30–50 works, and $20 per artwork for 50+ works.
