Arte Laguna Prize 2024: The Cultural Association MoCA (Modern Contemporary Art) recetly has organised the 19th edition of Arte Laguna Prize 2024, international prize aimed at promoting and enhancing contemporary art.

Now in its 19th edition Arte Laguna Prize, the world’s most influential competition for emerging artists and designers that showcases and promotes creative talents now is calling for entries and accepting submissions from all parts of the world.

The aims of Arte Laguna Prize is to promote contemporary art providing artists with professional development opportunities and gives artists the opportunity to join a large network of collaborations around the world, get free visibility and sell their works on the online platform, win a cash prize and exhibit in the iconic spaces of the Arsenale Nord in Venice.

The Arte Laguna Prize competition is open for the following artistic disciplines:

➜ Photographic Art
➜ Video Art and Short Films
➜ Performance and Acting (Stage and Film)
➜ Virtual and Digital Art
➜ Digital Graphics and Cartoon
➜ Environmental/Land Art
➜ Urban Art and Street Art
➜ Art Design

Each artist can participate by submitting a portfolio of artworks that may have been previously exhibited.

The jury is composed by international well-known experts in visual art field, and they will select 120 finalists based on their artistic qualities, originality and capacity to share a significative message.

The theme is free.

All the submitted works remain property of the artists. Arte Laguna Prize offers the opportunity to join the huge network of collaborations around the world. Exhibition of the finalist artists in the breathtaking location of the Arsenale of Venice and much more.

➜ Who may enter?

Arte Laguna Prize is the contest that welcomes artists of any age, country, and artistic background, without gender differences.

➜ Prize:

Collective exhibition at the Arsenale of Venice, free publication on the web portal artelaguna.world, promotional e-commerce campaign for 1 year and 10.000 EUR cash prize for the overall winner.

Moreover, there will be Special Prizes made in collaboration with high-level international partners who will each choose a winner to offer new career opportunities and visibility to the participating artists. The Special Prizes include collaborations with art galleries, art residencies, collaboration with companies, participation in art festivals.

➜ Entry fees:

For artists under 35 the application fee is 97,6 Euro and 122 Euro for artists over 35. The fee allows artists to submit 5 works also in different sections.
