2023 TITAN Property Awards: Season 2 now is over!

2023 TITAN Property Awards: Season 2: The 2 season of the 2023 TITAN Property Awards has been recently opened for entries inviting all property developers, architects, interior designers, real estate professionals, designers, advertisers, marketers and business owners to participate.

Short description

The TITAN Property Awards program recognizes, celebrates, and honors the highest levels of achievement in property development, interior design, architecture, landscape design, and marketing, focusing on ergonomics, innovativeness, living standards, originality, and sustainability.

This award is open to property developers, interior designers, architects, real estate professionals, advertisers, landscape designers, marketers, and individual service providers, from residential to commercial and local to international, who aim to improve our daily lives, implement sustainability, and preserve the environment.

Recognizing developmental excellence within the property industry, encompassing: Property Development, Interior Design, Architecture, Landscape Design, Real Estate, and Marketing at large.

There are THREE (3) levels of achievement in the competition:

➜ Category Winners of the Year
➜ Platinum (85-100 points)
➜ Gold (60-84 points)

To be eligible, an entry must have been produced after January 1, 2018 (almost a 5-year window).

The esteemed jury panel consists of leading property industry professionals, whose contributions and innovations to the advancement of societal infrastructure are genuinely inspirational.

Submission requirements:

Entry Brief:
➜ It is recommended that you keep your synopsis to approximately 350 words. We suggest you utilize this section of your entry to elaborate on the piece as well as the creativity and originality of your idea. The brief should strengthen your entry, as well as providing the jury a better understanding of your project. A written translation or adaptation must accompany non-English entries.

Image Submission:
➜ The submissions should be saved in a flattened JPEG or JPG format. (keep them under 4MB, 1,200px wide is preferable, 300dpi, RGB).

Audio/Video File:
➜ Entries with audio/video can be uploaded to Vimeo/YouTube/Youku and must be submitted with a direct URL that will take judges directly to the work. If it is password-protected, you must provide a username and password for judging purposes. Web Videos entered are judged solely on the content provided. Upload a PDF brief if explanation is required before evaluation of the work.

Evaluation Criteria:

The project needs to be clear on its creativity, provide a better living experience for its users, demonstrate innovation, embracing new technologies, respecting the environment, and pushing boundaries of human ingenuity.

Who may enter?

The awards program is open to all property developers, interior designers, architects, landscape designers and other property industry professionals.

Prize:

One complimentary TITAN statuette will be given to all Category Winners of the Year.
One professionally designed certificate will commemorate the winning entry. All winners will be featured on TITAN Property Awards site's Gallery, where professionals and public can view your work. In addition to the complimentary certificates, Platinum and Gold Winners may purchase beautiful TITAN Property Awards statuettes, and/or additional customized certificates. Category Winners of the Year and Platinum Winners will get featured by TITAN Property Awards on social media or our media partner on Muse.World’s website.

Entry fees:

Regular Entry begins from $250 for all property development categories, $129 for all property marketing categories, and $200 for all architecture/interior categories. If a project is submitted in more than one category, an additional submission fee for each category is required. Each new entrant is charged a $30 annual administrative fee.
