NYX Video Awards 2021: The NYX Video Awards, competition that celebrates the best visual ideas from all around the world, now is calling for entries inviting all individuals, agencies, companies, organizations and institutions involved in producing marketing materials to participate.

Short description

The NYX Video Awards celebrates the best visual ideas from all around the world, where glitzy visuals are paired with unparalleled creativity and effectiveness, celebrated by Nyx and other professionals alike.

NYX Video Awards seeks the best work in the Video and communications world. Only those who communicate universally, through their talent will be selected for recognition.

By combining vision and the power of conceptualization, your work might just be the one that shines the brightest amongst the starry night that peers upon you. The Goddess of Night welcomes your wondrous entries to the fold, where your dreams can become reality.

The NYX Awards competition is conducted in 300+ categories. Work may be entered into more than one category and will be separately evaluated in each. All multiple category entries are evaluated accordingly and are eligible for honors.

Submission requirements:

➜ It is recommended that you keep your synopsis to approximately 350 words. Organiser suggest you utilize this section of your entry to elaborate on the piece as well as the creativity and originality of your idea. The brief should strengthen your entry, as well as providing the jury a better understanding of your project. A written translation or adaptation must accompany non-English entries.

➜ Entries with audio/video can be uploaded to Vimeo/YouTube/Youku and must be submitted with a direct URL that will take judges directly to the work. If it is password-protected, you must provide a username and password for judging purposes. Web Videos entered are judged solely on the content provided. Upload a PDF brief if explanation is required before evaluation of the work.

➜ The submissions should be saved in a flattened JPEG or JPG format. (keep them under 4MB, 1,200px wide is preferable, 300dpi, RGB).

➜ Visual appeal, effectiveness of imagery
➜ Typography
➜ Integration of visual and textual elements
➜ Balance of visual and textual elements

The winners will be announced on May 10, 2021.

Who may enter?

The NYX Video Awards program is open to all individuals, agencies, companies, organizations and institutions involved in producing marketing materials.

Prize:

➜ One professionally designed certificate commemorating the winning entry.
➜ Top tier (Grand and Gold NYX) winners will be featured on NYX Awards site's Gallery, where professionals can view your work.
➜ Professionally designed logos for use on websites, in email signatures, etc.
➜ NYX Grand and Gold winners will get featured by NYX on social media or our media partner on Muse.World’s website.

Entry fees:

Entry fee starts from $115 during the Regular Entry Period (Jan 14 – Feb 17, 2021). After that period ends the amount of entry fee will increase.
