Photography And Literature 2023: Photography And Literature 2023, organised by Words in Images by Artist Eva Asaad has been recently opened for entries inviting anyone worldwide to submit one photo inspired by literature.

Photography And Literature 2023, organised by Words in Images by Artist Eva Asaad has been recently opened for entries.
Words in images connect the world of photography with the world of literature. Both concern themselves with the art of observation, choosing a section of reality, transporting individual content out of direct experience, and changing perception.
This competition is aimed at photographers, and is for works inspired by specific works of literature. The choice of literary form (poetry, prose, drama etc.) is open.
Only one photo inspired by literature will be accepted per person. The entry shall not exceed 9 MB.
The 10 winners will be chosen by the jury Regina Anzenberger, Bernd Stiegler, Eva Asaad. The selected winners will be shown during the TDDL (June 28 to July 2, 2023) in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee.
The result will be announced on june 2nd 2023.

This competition is open to anyone worldwide.
Prize:
➜ 1st prize: 800 EUR
➜ 2nd prize: 500 EUR
➜ 3rd prize: 300 EUR
