Red Dot Award: Brands & Communication Design 2021: The Red Dot Award: Brands & Communication Design 2021 now is open for submissions and once again gives communication designers, marketing experts and young talents from all over the world the chance to enter their best communication projects and advertising campaigns.

Submissions are now open for the Red Dot Award: Brands & Communication Design 2021! The Red Dot Award: Brands & Communication Design recognises the best brands and creative works of every year.
Once a year, agencies, designers and companies from all over the globe are invited to take part in the Red Dot Award: Brands & Communication Design.
The Red Dot Award: Brands & Communication Design has the expertise and experience to offer a platform with which to professionally assess the quality of your brand or your communication design. You can choose from 37 industries and 18 categories ranging from “Automotive” and “Kitchens” to “Watches” in the “Brands” section and from “Corporate Design & Identity” and “Illustrations” to “Sound Design” in the “Communication Design” section.
The “Communication Design” section is open to works that were published after 1 July 2018 or will be published before 1 July 2021 and that were not already entered in the Red Dot Award: Brands & Communication Design in the past. Projects realised solely in order to take part in the Red Dot Award do not qualify.
Evaluation Criteria:
The competition entries are assessed regard to their design and creative performance. During the evaluation, various criteria are taken into account. They vary depending on the type of project and brand and provide a framework for orientation.
“Communication Design”:
➜ Idea: originality and creativity
➜ From: design quality and innovation
➜ Impact: comprehensibility and emotional significance
“Brands”:
➜ Idea: vision and brand values
➜ From: design and brand communication
➜ Impact: brand identity and differentiation
The results will be announced on August 2021.

The Red Dot Award: Brands & Communication Design 2021 competition is open to agencies, designers and companies from all over the globe.
Prize:
As a winner, you benefit from exclusive use of the Red Dot Label, which communicates news of your design strength in a high-profile manner. Furthermore, your project is presented to a wide audience via our digital channels, in the yearbook and in our museums.
Entry fees:
The entry fee vary depends on the date for registering and of category choosed and starts from 195 Euro during the Early Bird period (22 March – 20 April 2021). There is an junior discount of 10% for registration.
