Taiwan International Student Design Competition 2019 now is over!

Taiwan International Student Design Competition 2019: Taiwan International Student Design Competition (TISDC) 2019, organised by Ministry of Education Taiwan has been recently launched this year themed “Empathy“ and all students are invited to prepare their best work.

Short description

Taiwan International Student Design Competition (TISDC) 2019 has been recently announced for entries inviting all students to participate. This competition is scheduled for 1st May—30th June, 2019.

The TISDC is hosted by the Ministry of Education Taiwan annually, since 2003. Every year, it receives thousands of entries from all parts of the world. The aim of this competition is to encourage international creative design exchange, develop creative design talents, express the international image of Taiwan attaching great importance to creative design, and establish the international design status of Taiwan.

This year theme is “Empathy“.

The 2019 competition includes the following competition categories:

Product Design - you may upload up to 3 files per entry. Each file must be under 1MB, A3, 300dpi, JPG format.
Visual Design - the work can be presented a single or series design. You may upload up to 3 files per entry. Each file must be under 1MB, A3, 300dpi, JPG format.
Digital Animation - you may upload a 30-60 seconds trailer of the film. (The file must be under 100MB, MOV /MP4 format), a full length film which must be under 10 minutes. (The file must be under 800MB, MOV /MP4 format.) And a film poster, A3, 300dpi, under 1MB in JPG format.
Brand Specified - you may upload up to 3 files per entry. Each file must be under 1MB, A3, 300dpi, JPG format.

Entrants can compete as individuals or in teams.

Finalists will be asked to submit printouts and upload works for the Final Selection. Finalists will be announced by mid-September, 2019. Award Ceremony and Exhibition will be held early-December, 2019.

There is no entry fee to participate!

Who may enter?

All students, who currently enroll in senior high schools or above, are invited to prepare their best work and participate in the competition.
