Takeda ART/HELP Expanding the Limits of the Visible: The 4th edition of art competition within the framework of the socio-cultural project by Takeda Pharmaceutical Company has been recently opened for entries open to all students of international arts institutes and colleges.

Short description

Takeda ART/HELP Expanding the Limits of the Visible, art competition within the framework of the socio-cultural project now is calling for entries! The competition was initiated by the Takeda Pharmaceutical Company with social and cultural goals in mind.

The purpose of the competition is to discover the most talented students at art schools and universities as well as to draw the public’s attention to the importance of improving the diagnosis and treatment of rare illnesses and of new medical technologies.

Works entered in the competition should present an artistic interpretation of the stated theme executed in any style from the figurative to the abstract. The competition will accept painted canvases, drawings, watercolours or gouache on paper, as well as printed graphics.

Applications must include information about the artist (photo and brief biography), a short commentary on the works and an electronic image (1200 x 1800 pixels).

The final exhibition will be an outdoor display of photographic copies of the artworks at the Muzeon Art Park on Krymskaya Naberezhnaya that will be held in Moscow from 17 May to 13 June 2021.

Who may enter?

The contest is open for students of Arts institutes and colleges.

Prize:

There will be seven winners of the Takeda. Ten contestants will be awarded a trip to Moscow on 17 March 2021. The exhibition will show the 40 best artworks that most vividly reflect the competition’s theme and show professional artistic quality.
