Short description

The Photometria International Photography Festival, organized by Entefxis, a non-profit organization, is calling for entries to the Photometria Photobook Open Call, exhibition contest addressed to artists and self-publishers from around the world.

Organized for the past 17 years in the city of Ioannina, Photometria is the first interactive photography festival in which everyone who loves the art of photography can participate.

Τhe open call for entries is addressed to artists and self-publishers from around the world, focusing on artist books, self-published photobooks, limited edition books, zines and DIY publications related to photography.

Applicants may submit more than one title, provided that each proposal is accompanied by a separate participation file.

The results will be announced on the festival’s social media channels within two months after the competition concludes, and the winners will be notified individually via email.

The selected books will be presented at the Photometria Photography Center, at the 18th edition of the Photometria International Photography Festival from 26 September to 29 November 2026 and later at ZOETROPE Athens on a date to be announced.
