The 24th Annual Pastel 100, annual international art competition now is calling for entries! Organized by the the Pastel Journal magazine, America’s leading magazine devoted to pastel artists, invites all artists worldwide to submit they works made with a soft pastel.
Entries can be submitted in the following categories:
➜ Animal/Wildlife
➜ Abstract/Non-Objective
➜ Landscape/Interior
➜ Portrait/Figure
➜ Still Life/Floral
Submission requirements:
➜ All works must be original. Work previously published in a national art publication or receiving an award at a national-level exhibition at the time of submission to this contest is not eligible.
Who may enter?
This competition is open to artists from any part of the world, older than 16.
Prize:
In addition to the multiple top cash prizes, all top prize winners and place winners will be featured in the Spring 2022 issue of the Pastel Journal magazine.
Entry fees:
All Early-bird entries cost $30 per image and can be submitted until July 17, 2022. The regular entry fee is $35 per image.
