Anthology Short Story Competition 2023: Anthology Magazine is pleasant to announce its Anthology Short Story Award 2022, this year on the theme of 'Courage' inviting writers of all nationalities, living anywhere in the world to submit they best works.

Short description

Entries are now invited for the Anthology Short Story Competition 2023!

Established to recognise and encourage creative writing and provide a platform for publication, this short story competition is open to original and previously unpublished short stories in the English language by a writer of any nationality, living anywhere in the world.

There is no restriction on theme or style.

Stories submitted must not exceed the maximum of 1,500 words. Writers can submit as many entries as they wish. Each submission will require a separate entry form and is subject to a separate entry fee.

Submissions will be judged on literary merit, originality and readability.

Submission requirements:

To enter, submit an original, unpublished short story, written in English with a maximum of 1,500 words.

Who may enter?

Entries are invited from writers of all nationalities, living anywhere in the world. There is no age limit.

Prize:

The 1st prize winner will receive a €1,000 cash prize and the chance to see their work published in a future issue of Anthology. The winner will also receive a one-year subscription subscription to Anthology.

Entry fees:

Entry fee durig the Very Early Bird period (31 December 2022 ) is €10. After that period end the amount of the fee will increase.
