Ecuador Poster Bienal 2024 Call for Posters: Ecuador Poster Bienal 2024, competition and event focused on cultural, social, academic and professional values, now is calling for entries inviting all design students, graphic designers, architecture, artists, photographers and visual communicators to participate with they best posters.

➜ Short description

The Ecuador Poster Bienal 2024, an international competition and event focused on cultural, social, academic and professional values, has been recently announced for entries.

Every two years, Ecuador Poster Bienal celebrates the most creative in the world works. As part of the Ecuador Poster Bienal an International Congress of Visual Communication is presented, which consists of a series of exhibitions, conferences and workshops.

Design students, graphic designers, architecture, artists, photographers and visual communicators in general can participate, regardless of age or nationality, with posters printed between 26 July 2023 and 29 April 2024.

There are five categories:

➜ Advertising
➜ Social, Cultural and Political
➜ Student Posters (People who are studying at the time of sending the poster)
➜ Animated Posters (Upload only the JPG and make sure to upload the animated poster to Artivive)
➜ «LTC»: Posters about the Amazon (Category only for Ecuador)

An international jury of design icons, performs an arduous process that selects the best works that represent the values ​​of a constantly evolving industry.

➜ Submission requirements:

➜ All works should be first submitted as digitally files. Size: 700px x 1000px (Vertical), RGB, 72 dpi, JPG, 500kb (Maximum)

➜ There is no limit to the number of entries submitted by each competitor. Entries must have been created/published between 1st January 2020 and 31st May 2022.

If your work is selected you need to send 2 copies of your works to Quito, Ecuador (address labels will be sent to each selected designer by email privately) until 20 August 2022. It is recommended to printing works in the standard size of 70cm x 100cm, although there are no special requirements.
But if you prefer they can print your poster and in that case you will need to send the file 300 dpi, size 70cm x 100cm to ecuadorposterbienal@gmail.com and pay USD $20 for each work through Western Union.

Design students, graphic designers, architecture, artists, photographers and visual communicators in general can participate, regardless of age or nationality.

Gold, Silver, Bronze and commendations be awarded in each category.
