Vega Digital Awards: Honoring Excellence in Websites, Video, Mobile, Social, Animation, Marketing and Podcasts, Vega Digital Awards recently opened for entries wishes to recognize and honor the exemplary talents and creative minds of digital content creators worldwide.

Short description

The 2021 Vega Digital Awards now is calling for entries! The award wishes to recognize and honor the exemplary talents and creative minds of digital content creators worldwide, no matter their affiliation or experience.

Work submitted must have been created within the last 2 years.

To ensure high standards of high quality, a category may have multiple winners or no winners.

Submission requirements:

➜ Images:
The submissions should be saved in a flattened JPEG or JPG format. (keep them under 4MB, 1,200px wide is preferable, 300dpi, RGB).

➜ Audio/Video:
Upload video/audio to Vimeo/YouTube/Youku. Paste the URL link into the URL field.

➜ Social Media Content:
Social media entries must be submitted on a single HTML page containing the creative work for that entry only. If it is password-protected, you must provide a username and password for the judges. For social media entries containing many components, provide a direct link to one page that includes all elements to be evaluated.

➜ Web Marketing Campaign:
Web Marketing entries must be submitted on a single HTML page containing the creative work for that entry only. If it is password-protected, you must provide a username and password for our judges. If entering more than one marketing piece, include a direct link to the work to ensure that each piece categories specified. Enter a brief if necessary.

Evaluation Criteria:

Audio: Content, quality of craft, overall experience
Video/Online Video: Concept/writing, quality of craft, integration, impact, and overall experience
Website: Visual design, content, structure and navigation/functionality, interactivity, and overall experience
Mobile Apps/Sites: Content, structure and navigation/functionality, visual design, interactivity, and overall experience
Digital Marketing: Creativity, impact, innovation, integration, and overall experience
Social Content & Marketing/Social Campaign & Series: Content, reach, creativity, engagement, and overall experience
Owned Media: Creativity, impact, execution, innovation, and overall experience
Virtual Reality & 360 Video: Concept/writing, quality of craft, integration, immersion, and overall experience
Video Channels & Networks: Content, technical execution, execution, and overall experience

Winners will be announced on April 7, 2021.

Who may enter?

The Vega Awards is open to all digital media companies and organizations, regardless of size, from sole proprietors on up – and from everywhere on the globe.

Prize:

One professionally designed certificate will commemorate the winning entry. Winners will be featured on Vega Awards site's Gallery.
Winners may purchase beautiful Vega Awards statuettes as well.
Canopus and Centauri winners will get featured by Vega on social media or our media partner on Muse.World’s website.

Entry fees:

Entry fee for single entry during the Early Bird period (Jan 7 - Feb 3, 2021) cost $85 and for campaign $165.After that period ends the amount of the fee will increase.
