Applied Arts 2023 Illustration Awards has been recently opened for entries, open worldwide to all forms of commissioned, published, unpublished and personal work from professionals and enthusiasts.
Short description
Applied Arts 2023 Illustration Awards is an annual illustration competition recently opened for entries accepting submissions from professionals internationally.
Launched in 1992, the Applied Arts Awards have become an international recognition of creative excellence, and is Canada’s only competitions that recognize the work of both professionals and students across the visual communications spectrum, from image-makers to advertising, marketing and graphic designers.
This competition is open worldwide to all forms of commissioned, published, unpublished and personal work from professionals and enthusiasts created between January 2022 and February 2023. Only digital entries are accepted for this competition.
Entries can be submitted in three main categories:
➜ Illustration
➜ Motion
➜ Young Blood and Community
You can submit your work as a one piece or series. A single means one piece, and series means you are submitting more than one piece of the same project to maximum of 3.
Each submission is judged by independent jury of award-winning creative professionals. Winning entries will be published in one of the Awards Annuals.

This competition is open worldwide to all forms of commissioned, published, unpublished and personal work from professionals and enthusiasts created between February 2022 and February 2023.

Entry fees
Entry fees start at $30 USD and very depends of the submission category.
