IGPDecaux launches for the third consecutive year, in line with its mission, the IGPDecaux Graphic Award contest for visual e motion designers, art directors, 3D artists, illustrators e copywriters that want to test their creativity on the proposed theme.

IGPDecaux launches for the third consecutive year, in line with its mission, the IGPDecaux Graphic Award contest for visual e motion designers, art directors, 3D artists, illustrators e copywriters that want to test their creativity on the theme.
The IGPDecaux Graphic Award Contest was born in 2023 aiming to enhance the advertising content of IGPDecaux media spaces, using graphics, illustrations and videos which can interpret the company and its mission.
IGPDecaux is deeply committed to promoting culture and art, through the advertising spaces of the company, promoting events and cultural and artistic exhibitions and initiatives. This relationship between art, culture and communication enrich the urban life and resulting in creating a more dynamic and pleasant cities.
The theme of edition 2025 is: THE CITY YOU ARE: your creative perspective of the city in the AI era.
Contestants must interpret the theme of the contest creating a video or graphic piece, that has the possibility to become an advertising poster and to feature on IGPDecaux’s Out Of Home platforms, preset across all Italy.
The theme proposed gives value to the urban setting, the context in which IGPDecaux works and operates.
The winning works, born from interaction with the city, are placed in the locations that inspired them, blending perfectly with the urban environment. Everyone lives the city differently and every artist is free to express their personal, innovative and unique perspective, thanks to the use of AI as a recommended generative technique to support the idea and serving as a prompt to reflect on how to imagine the present and the future of the city.
Evalutation criteria:
➜ pertinence with the theme of the contest;
➜ alignment with IGPDecaux’s mission;
➜ Versatility and adaptability of the design in Out of Home formats;
➜ observance of the graphic guidelines of the Out of Home advertisement: concision, simplicity, clarity, good use of the space;
➜ submission of the requested formats (digital and analogical).
The award ceremony will take place during a corporate event on the 15th December 2025 to Palazzo del Ghiaccio in St. Giovanni Battista Piranesi 14, Milan.

➜ Digital (1920x1080 / 16:9) check the technical sheet on the official website
➜ Analogical (420x200) check the technical sheet on the official website
➜ PDF of the project: every contestant has to upload a descriptive PDF of the project which includes:
- the creative concept of the work;
- the intent and the development process;
- a brief technical explanation of the tools used (including the possible use of the AI and the way it was integrated in the project included).
Winners have to submit the file so that it can be adapted for others Out of Home formats that are not listed in the ones required.

This competition is call for Graphic and Motion Designers, 3D Artists, Art Directors, Illustrators and Copywriters.

The best works are displaced for one year (January 2026/January 2027) on Out of Home IGPDecaux’s advertising spaces, located across Italy.
