The BenQ Creative Pro Setup Contest 2026 invites creatives to design their ideal workspace using BenQ Creative Pro products, combining imagination with professional-grade tools.
Organized by BenQ Europe, the competition encourages participants to visualize a dream desk setup through a single image or short animation, integrating specified products into an official contest frame. Entries are submitted via Instagram, turning social engagement into a central part of the creative process.
Participants are required to include at least three BenQ products (a Creative Pro monitor, a ScreenBar Halo 2, and a BenQ Ergo Arm) within their composition.
Submissions can be created using software such as Adobe Photoshop or similar editing tools. The use of AI tools is permitted but ONLY for corrections / removal of elements within the submitted image and NOT for adding in elements. The AI tools allowed are only those through Editing Tools such as Adobe Photoshop.
The contest highlights both technical skill and conceptual thinking, rewarding originality, composition, and storytelling in workspace design. By focusing on how creators envision their ideal environments, the competition reflects BenQ’s emphasis on productivity, ergonomics, and visual precision, offering participants a chance to showcase their creative vision in a real-world design context.
After the deadline, the most engaging posts will move to the final stage and the 3 judges will select the top three winning entries. They will be asked to provide the raw files of the entries to verify originality.
Eligibility
Open to individuals aged 18 or over residing in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Spain, and the United Kingdom, submitting one original work created by themselves.
Prize
The competition awards three main winners selected by a judging panel. The first prize includes a Creative Pro monitor, a ScreenBar Halo 2, and a BenQ Ergo Arm with delivery included. The second prize consists of a monitor and an Ergo Arm, while the third prize winner receives a BenQ monitor. In addition, the top 20 finalists receive individual discount codes for selected BenQ products, and the organizer may grant additional special mention awards at its discretion.
