Black and White Photo Awards 2026, international photography competition hosted by NCJ Media Solutions, has been recently open for professional and amateur photographers worldwide, created with the intention of recognizing and rewarding black and white photography.

The Black & White Photo Awards 2026, organised by NCJ Media Solutions continues its mission in its fifth edition to recognize and reward exceptional talent in black and white photography, open for professional and amateur photographers worldwide.
Open to both professional and amateur photographers worldwide, this photo competition offers international recognition and the opportunity to display the prestigious Black and White Photo Awards hallmark. Photographers from around the world have the opportunity to showcase their creativity and vision in monochrome art.
This competition is created with the intention of recognizing and rewarding black and white photography talent across 5 thematic categories to show your creativity as a photographer.
The thematic categories for 2025 are:
➜ Architecture — The art of planning and building
➜ Street — Capturing the human essence in public places
➜ Fauna and Flora — A great community of organisms
➜ Portrait — Photographing personalities
➜ Landscape — Natural areas admirable for their artistic aspect
Film or digital captured images are accepted. There is no a limit to the number of images each artist can submit. There are no date and time restrictions on when the image was taken.
A distinguished jury of leading black & white photographers selects the best images, ensuring a fair and high-level evaluation.
Eligibility
Black and White Photo Awards 2026 is open for professional and amateur photographers worldwide.
Prize
In this fifth edition, the contest increases the value of its main prize to €1,500 for the absolute winner and €200 for each of the 6 winners in the different categories.
Entry fees
The entry fee is €15 per category.
